As we look ahead to 2026, we are pleased to introduce a refreshed membership structure designed to better support our growing community of school sport professionals. This updated model reflects the feedback you’ve shared with us throughout our first year and aims to enhance accessibility, value, and engagement for members at every level. Our goal is to continue strengthening the network, expanding collaboration opportunities, and ensuring School Sport Professionals remains responsive to the needs of those delivering sport in schools across Australia.
Following a successful launch in 2025, School Sport Professionals continues to evolve and strengthen its impact across the sector. Membership provides you with a meaningful voice in shaping our professional learning priorities and the future direction of the organisation. We actively engage with our members, seeking feedback and insights to ensure our services remain relevant, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Your involvement helps us grow, refine our offerings, and deliver the resources and connections that school sport professionals need to thrive.
We are pleased to present a new and exciting membership structure for 2026.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
The cost of individual membership has been significantly reduced for 2026 in order to align better with other professional support networks and to encourage greater uptake by professionals working in school sport right across Australia. Members can still choose either an annual or monthly subscription.
Annual Subscription: $120
Monthly Subscription: $12
When your current membership is due for renewal, you do not have to make any changes. The credit card on file will be automatically charged at the new rate for the coming 12 months membership period. If you would like to change to an organisational membership (see below – new for 2026), then please contact us for follow up ahead of your renewal date.
ORGANISATIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Feedback received during our first year indicated an interest in having a collective membership option available for Associations. The structure below enables organisations of varying sizes to register for membership collectively and make significant savings compared to individual registration.
Small Organisation: $200
This category is for Associations with 2-3 FTE employees.
FTE refers to full-time equivalent employees.
Two part-time employees can be considered the same as one FTE.
For example: 2 FTE + 2 PTE = 3 FTE and could be considered a Small size for organisational membership.
Organisational membership must be paid in full as an annual subscription and can be paid by credit card or an invoice can be provided for an EFT payment.
Medium Organisation: $400
This category is for Associations with 4-8 FTE employees.
Organisational membership must be paid in full as an annual subscription and can be paid by credit card or an invoice can be provided for an EFT payment.
Large Organisation: $800
This category is for Associations with 9+ FTE employees.
Organisational membership must be paid in full as an annual subscription and can be paid by credit card or an invoice can be provided for an EFT payment. Please note that Large Organisations refer to employees all working within the same setting and not individually across multiple schools or locations. An Enterprise category membership for whole sector organisations (ie statewide government or independent bodies) can be negotiated directly with Paddy McKenna via phone or email.
